These Terms of Service & Client Engagement explain the principles, responsibilities, expectations, and working practices that govern our professional relationship with clients and users of Ainosof Technology's services.
These Terms of Service & Client Engagement explain the principles, responsibilities, expectations, and working practices that govern our professional relationship with clients and users of Ainosof Technology's services.
Welcome to Ainosof Technology, and thank you for choosing us as your technology partner.
Whether you are exploring a new business website, planning a custom ERP solution, developing a mobile application, modernising an existing software platform, or seeking long-term digital transformation services, we appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
These Terms & Conditions explain how we conduct our business, how projects are delivered, the responsibilities shared by both parties, and the principles that guide every engagement with Ainosof Technology.
Rather than relying on complex legal language, we have prepared these Terms to provide clarity from the very beginning. Successful technology projects are built on transparency, communication, and clearly defined expectations.
These Terms apply to every visitor of our website, every prospective client, every existing customer, and every organisation that purchases or uses any product or service offered by Ainosof Technology.
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, approving a proposal, signing a project agreement, making a payment, or instructing us to commence work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements executed for a specific project.
Where a separate Service Agreement, Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or any other written contract has been executed between Ainosof Technology and the Client, the provisions of that agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
Ainosof Technology is an information technology company dedicated to designing, developing, implementing, and supporting digital solutions that help organisations operate more efficiently and achieve sustainable growth.
Since 2019, we have partnered with startups, growing businesses, manufacturers, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and enterprises seeking practical technology solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes, and support long-term success.
Our work extends beyond software development. We help organisations transform ideas into reliable digital products by combining technical expertise with business understanding, strategic planning, and transparent communication.
Our professional services may include:
Today, Ainosof Technology proudly serves clients across India and international markets, including the United States, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Nigeria, and other countries. Every engagement is managed with the same commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, technical excellence, and long-term partnership.
Technology projects achieve the best outcomes when both the Client and the development team work together with clear expectations, open communication, and a shared commitment to success.
For that reason, every engagement at Ainosof Technology follows a structured and collaborative delivery process designed to reduce uncertainty and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Before development begins, we take time to understand your business objectives, operational challenges, user requirements, and long-term goals so that we can recommend solutions that address genuine business needs rather than simply implementing requested features.
Throughout the engagement, we believe in:
This collaborative approach helps minimise misunderstandings, reduces project risk, and enables both parties to make informed decisions as the project evolves.
Although every project is unique, our objective remains consistent: to deliver secure, scalable, commercially practical, and maintainable technology solutions that align with the agreed project scope and business objectives.
These Terms & Conditions become effective when you access our website, submit an enquiry, request a proposal, approve a commercial quotation, engage our services, sign a project agreement, make a payment, or otherwise instruct Ainosof Technology to commence work on your behalf.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, institution, or any other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to legally bind that organisation to these Terms.
By continuing to use our website or services, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy and agree to the manner in which personal and business information is collected, processed, stored, and protected in accordance with that policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our website and refrain from requesting or using our services.
These Terms are intended to establish a transparent and professional working relationship between Ainosof Technology and its clients, ensuring that every project is delivered with mutual respect, clear communication, accountability, and shared expectations from the outset.
Every business has its own processes, challenges, and long-term goals. A manufacturing company doesn't operate like a hospital. A startup has different priorities than an educational institution. Likewise, an e-commerce business requires a very different technology approach than a service-based company.
For that reason, Ainosof Technology does not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
Every engagement begins with understanding the client's business, identifying operational challenges, and recommending technology that delivers measurable business value—not just additional features.
Our role is not simply to develop software or design websites. We work as a technology partner, helping businesses streamline operations, improve productivity, enhance customer experiences, and build scalable digital ecosystems that continue to support growth well beyond the initial project.
Depending on the project requirements, our services may include one or more of the following:
Every organisation has unique workflows that cannot always be managed using off-the-shelf software. Our custom software development services are designed around the way your business actually operates.
From internal management systems to enterprise business applications, we build solutions that automate routine tasks, centralise information, improve reporting, and reduce manual effort.
Projects may include inventory management systems, manufacturing software, accounts management software, payment management software, asset management software, HR management platforms, billing applications, workflow automation, business dashboards, healthcare solutions, educational management systems, booking platforms, school and college ERP solutions, CRM platforms, SaaS products, and other industry-specific software tailored to your operational requirements.
Rather than adapting your business to software, we build software around your business.
Business growth often depends on having accurate information available at the right time.
Our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions help organisations connect departments, improve visibility across operations, and eliminate disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes.
Depending on project requirements, ERP and CRM implementations may include sales, purchasing, inventory, production, finance, HR, customer relationship management, vendor management, reporting, workflow automation, and business analytics.
Your website is often the first interaction a prospective customer has with your business.
We develop business websites, corporate websites, customer portals, industrial websites, educational platforms, healthcare websites, and enterprise web solutions designed with usability, responsive design, security, search visibility, and future scalability in mind.
Where required, we also integrate payment gateways, CRM systems, ERP platforms, WhatsApp APIs, booking systems, and other third-party business applications.
Successful e-commerce platforms require considerably more than attractive product pages.
Our solutions focus on reliable shopping experiences, streamlined order processing, secure payments, inventory management, shipping integrations, GST support, analytics, and business-specific workflows.
We develop Android, iOS, and cross-platform mobile applications designed for performance, usability, security, and long-term maintainability while integrating seamlessly with existing business systems wherever required.
Building a website is only the beginning. Helping the right audience discover your business is equally important.
Our digital marketing services include SEO, Local SEO, Google Ads management, Meta advertising, content strategy, conversion optimisation, and performance marketing based on recognised industry practices.
While we apply ethical optimisation techniques and data-driven strategies, we cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, lead generation, or commercial outcomes, as these depend upon many external factors beyond our control.
Where appropriate, we help organisations implement AI-powered solutions including intelligent chatbots, workflow automation, document processing, business intelligence tools, and AI-assisted operational workflows based on practical business requirements.
Many organisations approach us before they have a complete project specification. Our consulting services help evaluate technology options, reduce implementation risks, modernise legacy systems, and develop long-term digital transformation strategies.
We believe good technology decisions are business decisions first.
Regardless of project size, industry, or geographical location, every engagement undertaken by Ainosof Technology is guided by transparency, technical excellence, long-term maintainability, and genuine business value.
Our objective is never to deliver software simply because it was requested. Our objective is to deliver technology solutions that continue creating value for your business long after the project has been completed.
Every successful technology project starts long before the first line of code is written.
Whether we are developing a business website, a custom ERP system, a mobile application, or enterprise software, careful planning during the initial stages has the greatest influence on project success.
Every engagement at Ainosof Technology follows a structured onboarding process designed to ensure that both our team and the client share a clear understanding of the project's objectives, priorities, scope, and expected outcomes.
Our goal is not simply to begin development quickly—our goal is to begin correctly.
Before recommending any technical solution, we take time to understand the business behind the project.
During the discovery phase, we may discuss your workflows, operational processes, business objectives, customer journey, reporting requirements, future growth plans, and the challenges your proposed solution is intended to address.
These discussions help us recommend practical, scalable, and commercially valuable solutions aligned with your long-term goals.
No technology solution can succeed without clearly defined requirements.
Depending on the complexity of the engagement, discovery sessions may cover:
Where appropriate, we may prepare requirement documents, workflow diagrams, wireframes, or technical recommendations before development begins.
Once requirements are understood, Ainosof Technology prepares a commercial proposal outlining the agreed scope of work.
Depending on the engagement, the proposal may include:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the approved proposal becomes the baseline scope for the engagement.
A project is considered formally accepted only after the agreed commercial terms have been confirmed by both parties.
Project commencement generally requires:
Project timelines are generally calculated from the date on which all commencement requirements have been satisfied.
We recommend that each client nominate a primary point of contact authorised to coordinate discussions, review deliverables, provide approvals, and communicate project decisions.
Throughout the engagement, communication may take place through email, meetings, video conferencing, project management platforms, WhatsApp, or other mutually agreed channels.
Important commercial decisions, scope approvals, timeline revisions, and project changes should always be confirmed in writing.
While many engagements begin with a single project, our objective is to build long-term relationships that extend well beyond the initial delivery.
We value transparency, honest communication, and realistic expectations. Where we believe an alternative approach will deliver better long-term results, we will recommend it openly before development begins.
We believe the strongest client relationships are built on informed decisions rather than assumptions, enabling us to deliver solutions that remain reliable, maintainable, and commercially valuable for years to come.
Every successful project begins with a clearly defined scope. It provides a shared understanding of what will be delivered, how it will be delivered, and what both parties have agreed to achieve within the allocated budget and timeline.
At Ainosof Technology, we believe that defining the scope is not about limiting possibilities—it is about creating clarity. A well-defined scope helps prevent misunderstandings, allows accurate planning, ensures efficient use of resources, and enables us to deliver solutions that meet the agreed objectives without unnecessary delays.
As businesses evolve, however, new ideas often emerge during development. We understand this is a natural part of building technology. Our Change Request process is designed to accommodate those evolving requirements in a structured and transparent manner.
Before development begins, both parties agree on the services, deliverables, features, integrations, timelines, and commercial terms documented in the approved proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), or any other written agreement.
This approved documentation forms the baseline for the project.
Unless specifically mentioned within the agreed scope, no feature, functionality, integration, report, automation, or third-party service should be considered included by default.
Our objective is to ensure that expectations remain aligned throughout the engagement and that every deliverable receives the time and attention required to meet our quality standards.
Technology projects rarely remain completely unchanged from start to finish.
As clients begin reviewing designs, testing workflows, or introducing new business processes, additional ideas often emerge. In many cases, these improvements add genuine value to the final solution.
For this reason, Ainosof Technology welcomes constructive discussions around enhancements and future improvements. Rather than treating change as a problem, we treat it as an opportunity to improve the outcome—provided the impact on time, budget, and resources is properly evaluated.
This approach allows both parties to make informed decisions without compromising the stability of the project.
A Change Request refers to any modification that falls outside the scope originally approved for the project.
Examples may include:
A request may also be considered a Change Request where it significantly increases the design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, or project management effort required to complete the engagement.
The classification of a request is based on its overall impact on the project rather than the perceived size of the change. Even a seemingly minor modification can sometimes require substantial redevelopment behind the scenes.
Whenever additional requirements are received, our team reviews them from both a technical and business perspective.
Rather than immediately accepting or rejecting a request, we evaluate factors including:
Where appropriate, we may recommend alternative approaches that achieve the same business objective with reduced complexity or lower implementation cost.
If the requested work affects the original project plan, we will provide a revised estimate outlining additional investment, revised timelines, and the proposed implementation approach before any work begins.
No additional work will commence without the Client's approval.
Every software project is planned around a defined allocation of development time, technical resources, quality assurance, project management, and deployment activities.
When the project scope expands, additional planning, development, testing, documentation, and support are often required. While minor refinements may occasionally be accommodated during normal development, substantial changes inevitably require additional engineering effort.
Our pricing therefore reflects not only the visible feature being requested but also the technical work required to implement, secure, test, document, and maintain that functionality to the same quality standards as the original project.
We encourage clients to actively participate during the design and review stages because early feedback helps minimise unnecessary revisions later in the project.
Reasonable refinements made during the agreed review process are generally accommodated within the original engagement.
However, once a design, workflow, or functional specification has been formally approved, significant redesigns or changes in direction may require additional time and may therefore be treated as a Change Request.
Examples include adopting a new brand identity after design approval, replacing an approved user journey, restructuring business workflows, or requesting a substantially different visual direction after development has commenced.
One of the primary reasons for maintaining a formal Change Request process is to protect project delivery schedules.
Unplanned modifications introduced during active development can affect multiple stages of the project, including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and overall resource allocation.
To maintain delivery commitments, approved Change Requests may be scheduled alongside ongoing development or, where appropriate, planned as part of a subsequent project phase.
This approach enables the current development cycle to remain stable while ensuring that new ideas receive the planning and attention they deserve.
We believe successful technology partnerships are built on open communication rather than assumptions.
Whenever project requirements change, our commitment is to explain the implications clearly, discuss available options honestly, and recommend the approach that delivers the greatest long-term value for the Client.
By following a transparent Change Request process, both Ainosof Technology and our clients benefit from better planning, predictable delivery schedules, controlled project costs, and technology solutions that continue to perform reliably as businesses grow.
Every technology project represents a shared investment. While clients invest in digital transformation, software, and business growth, Ainosof Technology invests its expertise, technical resources, infrastructure, and project management capabilities to deliver successful outcomes.
To ensure projects progress efficiently and resources remain dedicated throughout the engagement, we maintain transparent commercial practices from the outset. This section explains how project pricing is determined, how payments are managed, and how commercial decisions are handled during the lifecycle of every project.
Our objective is not merely to define payment obligations but to establish a fair, transparent, and predictable commercial framework that benefits both parties.
No two technology projects are identical. The investment required for each engagement depends on numerous factors, including business complexity, functional requirements, technology stack, integrations, security expectations, scalability, design effort, testing requirements, deployment environments, and ongoing support needs.
For this reason, Ainosof Technology prepares project-specific commercial proposals rather than relying on standard pricing models.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, every quotation or proposal is prepared using the information available during the estimation process. If project requirements change significantly after approval, commercial terms may be revised through the Change Request process described in these Terms.
Every quotation is prepared after evaluating the business requirements shared during discovery and consultation.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, quotations remain valid only for the period mentioned within the proposal. Changes in technology costs, cloud infrastructure pricing, third-party licensing, market conditions, or project requirements may require updated commercial estimates.
Acceptance of a quotation confirms the Client's agreement with the proposed scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, commercial terms, and payment schedule outlined in that proposal.
Payment structures vary depending on the size, complexity, and duration of each engagement.
Depending on the project, payments may include:
The applicable payment schedule will always be specified within the approved proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreement (MSA), or any other written agreement.
Invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed commercial schedule.
Unless otherwise specified, invoices should be settled within the payment period mentioned on the invoice.
Where payment is delayed beyond the agreed due date, we may contact the Client to understand whether additional clarification or assistance is required before taking further action.
We recognise that genuine business circumstances occasionally affect payment schedules, and we encourage open communication wherever practical solutions are required.
Software development involves developers, designers, quality assurance engineers, project managers, infrastructure, software licences, and ongoing operational resources.
Extended payment delays can significantly affect project scheduling and resource planning.
Where payments remain outstanding beyond the agreed terms without prior communication or mutually accepted arrangements, Ainosof Technology reserves the right to:
These measures are intended solely to protect project continuity and ensure the efficient allocation of development resources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise within the commercial proposal, all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and statutory charges, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be payable in addition to the quoted professional fees.
Clients located outside India may also be responsible for any withholding taxes, banking charges, currency conversion fees, or regulatory costs applicable within their respective jurisdictions.
Each party remains responsible for complying with its own legal and taxation obligations.
Ainosof Technology works with clients across India and international markets and supports domestic as well as international payment methods, subject to applicable banking regulations.
International payments may be affected by:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such charges remain the responsibility of the Client.
Certain projects require products or services supplied by independent third-party providers.
These may include cloud hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, premium software licences, payment gateways, SMS services, email platforms, APIs, commercial fonts, stock photography, mapping services, AI platforms, and other subscription-based services.
Unless specifically included within the approved proposal, the cost of these products and services is not included within Ainosof Technology's professional service fee.
Where we procure such services on behalf of a Client, they remain subject to the pricing, renewal policies, availability, and terms established by the respective third-party provider.
As the majority of our services involve customised consulting, software engineering, creative design, and professional development work, payments made for completed work, partially completed work, or resources already allocated to a project are generally non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the effective date of cancellation together with any approved third-party costs incurred on the Client's behalf.
Any applicable refund or commercial adjustment will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the project stage, completed deliverables, contractual obligations, and resources already committed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final deliverables transfers only after all outstanding invoices relating to the project have been paid in full.
Until full settlement has been received, Ainosof Technology retains all rights necessary to protect its commercial interests, including the right to withhold deployment, source code, design assets, documentation, project files, or other materials that have not yet been contractually transferred.
This provision is intended to ensure that the commercial commitments made by both parties are fulfilled fairly and consistently.
Our objective has never been to build projects based solely on invoices. We aim to establish long-term partnerships founded on transparency, mutual respect, and commercial fairness.
By maintaining clear commercial policies from the outset, we reduce uncertainty, minimise unnecessary disputes, and enable both parties to focus on what matters most—building technology that creates lasting business value.
Whenever questions arise regarding pricing, invoices, payment schedules, or commercial terms, we encourage clients to discuss them with us openly. Experience has shown that clear communication resolves far more challenges than contractual language ever can.
One of the most common questions we receive before the start of a project is, "Who will own the final product?"
It is an important question, and we believe the answer should be clear from the beginning.
At Ainosof Technology, we believe that intellectual property should be handled transparently and fairly. While every project is unique, our objective is to ensure that clients receive the benefit of the solutions they have invested in while also protecting the proprietary knowledge, tools, and engineering practices that enable us to deliver those solutions efficiently.
This section explains how ownership is managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the Client will become the owner of the final deliverables specifically developed for the project once all commercial obligations have been fulfilled.
Depending on the nature of the engagement, final deliverables may include:
Ownership applies only to the deliverables included within the agreed scope of work. Features, modules, integrations, or services that were proposed but not commissioned, or that remain under separate development, are not automatically transferred.
Technology projects require significant investment in planning, design, software engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure, and project management.
For this reason, ownership of the completed deliverables transfers only after all invoices relating to the project have been paid in full, unless both parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
Until that time, Ainosof Technology reserves the right to withhold production deployment, source code, administrative credentials, design files, documentation, or other deliverables that have not yet been contractually transferred.
This policy is not intended to restrict our clients. Rather, it ensures that the commercial commitments made by both parties are honoured in a fair, transparent, and professional manner.
Every software company develops internal assets over time that help improve quality, consistency, security, and development efficiency.
These assets are created independently of any individual client project and form part of Ainosof Technology's intellectual property.
Examples may include:
Although these resources may be used while developing a Client's solution, ownership of these underlying assets remains with Ainosof Technology.
Their inclusion within a project does not affect the Client's ownership of the final deliverable itself.
Modern software development frequently relies on trusted open-source technologies and licensed third-party components.
Where appropriate, Ainosof Technology may incorporate such technologies into a project to improve performance, reliability, security, or development efficiency.
Ownership of these components remains with their respective authors or licensors and continues to be governed by their applicable licence terms.
Nothing within these Terms should be interpreted as transferring ownership of third-party intellectual property to either party.
Where ongoing licence renewals or subscriptions are required, responsibility for maintaining those licences will be determined by the approved proposal or written agreement.
Source code delivery is governed by the commercial agreement for each individual project.
Some engagements include complete source code handover as part of the agreed deliverables, while others may involve hosted platforms, subscription-based services, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, or proprietary frameworks where source code transfer is not included.
Where source code delivery forms part of the project scope, it will generally be provided only after:
If source code transfer is not expressly included within the approved proposal, it should not be assumed to form part of the engagement.
All business information supplied by the Client remains the property of the Client.
This includes, where applicable:
Ainosof Technology receives access to such information solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
We do not claim ownership of Client-owned business content, nor do we use it for purposes unrelated to the engagement without the Client's prior permission.
We take pride in the work we deliver and appreciate the opportunity to showcase successful projects as part of our professional portfolio.
Unless restricted by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), confidentiality obligation, or written request from the Client, Ainosof Technology may reference completed projects for legitimate marketing and business development purposes.
Such references may include:
We never publish confidential business information, proprietary source code, internal documentation, customer databases, login credentials, financial records, or any other non-public information without the Client's explicit consent.
Clients who prefer not to have their project featured in our portfolio are welcome to discuss this with us before or during the engagement. We will always respect such requests where contractually and legally appropriate.
Innovation is built on originality, and respect for intellectual property is fundamental to the way we operate.
We expect both our team and our clients to respect copyrights, trademarks, patents, software licences, and other proprietary rights belonging to third parties.
The Client confirms that any materials provided for use within a project—including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, documents, datasets, software, or other content—have been obtained lawfully and may be used for their intended purpose.
Where claims arise as a result of materials supplied by the Client, responsibility for those materials remains with the Client.
Ownership should never become a point of uncertainty in a professional relationship.
Our objective is to establish clear expectations from the outset so that both parties understand what is being delivered, what rights are being transferred, and what intellectual property remains independently owned.
By maintaining transparent ownership policies, we protect the interests of our clients while preserving the engineering knowledge, development frameworks, and proprietary assets that enable Ainosof Technology to continue delivering reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions for businesses across India and international markets.
Technology partnerships are built on trust.
During the course of a project, clients often share information that is commercially valuable, operationally sensitive, or confidential in nature. This may include business strategies, customer data, pricing models, manufacturing processes, financial information, software architecture, credentials, proprietary workflows, or other information that is not publicly available.
At Ainosof Technology, we understand that protecting this information is just as important as delivering the technology itself.
Confidentiality is not simply a contractual obligation for us—it is a professional responsibility that guides the way we communicate, develop, store, and manage every client engagement.
Every organisation has information that provides a competitive advantage.
Whether we are developing a custom ERP system for a manufacturer, a CRM platform for a service business, a healthcare application, or a startup product, we recognise that project discussions frequently involve confidential business knowledge.
Information shared with Ainosof Technology is used solely for the purpose of analysing requirements, developing agreed solutions, providing technical support, and fulfilling our contractual obligations.
We do not access, use, disclose, or distribute confidential information for purposes unrelated to the services we have been engaged to provide.
For the purpose of these Terms, confidential information generally includes any non-public information shared during the course of a business relationship, regardless of whether it is communicated verbally, digitally, or in writing.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Information that is already publicly available, independently developed without reference to confidential material, or lawfully obtained from another source is generally not considered confidential under these Terms.
We understand that many projects involve commercially sensitive information.
Where requested, Ainosof Technology is happy to enter into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before project discussions or development activities begin.
Whether confidentiality is governed by these Terms or by a standalone NDA, our team is committed to handling client information with the same level of professionalism and discretion.
Access to project information is limited to individuals who genuinely require it to perform their responsibilities.
Depending on the nature of the engagement, this may include software developers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance engineers, project managers, DevOps engineers, or other authorised team members directly involved in the project.
We follow the principle of minimum necessary access wherever reasonably practical, helping reduce unnecessary exposure of sensitive information while enabling efficient project delivery.
Many technology projects require temporary access to business systems, hosting environments, cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, APIs, email services, or administrative dashboards.
When such access is provided, it is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Clients are encouraged to provide project-specific accounts or temporary credentials wherever possible and to update passwords after project completion or whenever access is no longer required.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, ownership and long-term administration of these systems remain the responsibility of the Client.
Protecting information requires more than good intentions.
Ainosof Technology follows practical security practices intended to reduce unnecessary risks during project execution. Depending on the nature of the engagement, these practices may include controlled access to development environments, secure credential management, regular software updates, encrypted communication where appropriate, role-based access, and established development workflows designed to protect project integrity.
While no digital environment can be guaranteed to be completely immune from evolving cyber threats, we continuously strive to apply industry-recognised security practices that are appropriate for the services we provide.
Information security is a shared responsibility.
Clients also play an important role in protecting their systems, users, and business information.
We encourage clients to:
Taking these precautions significantly reduces operational and security risks after deployment.
Ainosof Technology is committed to handling information responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws governing privacy, data protection, and information security.
Where projects involve additional regulatory or contractual obligations, clients are encouraged to discuss these requirements during the planning stage so that appropriate technical and operational measures can be considered as part of the proposed solution.
To improve productivity, accelerate research, assist with documentation, or streamline selected development activities, Ainosof Technology may make responsible use of reputable Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
However, confidential client information is not intentionally submitted to publicly accessible AI platforms where doing so would conflict with contractual obligations, applicable law, or the legitimate confidentiality expectations of the Client.
Where AI-assisted workflows are used, human review remains an essential part of our development and quality assurance process.
We are proud of the solutions we build and the relationships we establish with our clients.
Unless restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement, contractual confidentiality obligations, or a written request from the Client, Ainosof Technology may reference completed projects for legitimate business purposes.
Such references may include:
We do not publish confidential documentation, source code, internal dashboards, customer databases, business reports, financial information, login credentials, or any other non-public information without explicit permission.
Should a client prefer not to be featured within our portfolio or marketing materials, we will respect that decision upon written request.
Every successful technology partnership depends on confidence.
Clients trust us with ideas that have not yet reached the market, business processes that define their operations, and information that often represents years of investment and experience.
We value that trust deeply.
Our commitment extends beyond delivering software. It includes protecting the confidentiality of every meaningful conversation, every document shared, every credential entrusted to us, and every solution we build.
That commitment remains one of the foundations on which Ainosof Technology continues to build long-term relationships with businesses across India and international markets.
For Ainosof Technology, the successful launch of a project is not the end of the journey—it is the beginning of a long-term relationship.
Whether we deliver a business website, a custom ERP solution, a mobile application, or enterprise software, our objective extends beyond deployment. Technology continues to evolve, businesses grow, customer expectations change, and software must adapt accordingly.
For this reason, we encourage clients to view maintenance and support as an essential part of protecting their investment rather than an optional service.
The period immediately following deployment is often one of the most important phases of any technology project.
Real users begin interacting with the application, operational teams provide practical feedback, and opportunities for refinement naturally emerge.
Where post-launch support forms part of the agreed engagement, Ainosof Technology remains available to assist with stabilising the solution, resolving genuine software defects, and ensuring a smooth transition into day-to-day operations.
Our goal is to help clients move forward with confidence rather than simply handing over completed files.
Every software solution is thoroughly reviewed before deployment. However, software environments are complex, and certain issues may only become apparent when an application is used under real-world operating conditions.
For this reason, many projects include a limited warranty period as defined in the approved proposal or service agreement.
During this period, Ainosof Technology will make reasonable efforts to investigate and correct reproducible defects that arise from the original development work and prevent the software from functioning as agreed.
A software warranty is intended to ensure that the delivered solution performs in accordance with the approved specifications. It should not be interpreted as an ongoing enhancement programme or unlimited technical support.
Where a warranty applies, it generally covers issues directly related to the functionality delivered as part of the approved project scope.
Examples may include correcting programming errors, resolving functional defects, improving application stability, or addressing issues that prevent agreed features from operating as intended.
Each reported issue is reviewed individually to determine whether it falls within the agreed warranty obligations.
Not every request received after deployment is a software defect.
The following situations are generally considered outside the scope of a standard warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Where appropriate, we will be happy to assist with such work under a separate enhancement or maintenance engagement.
Many organisations prefer ongoing technical support to ensure that their digital systems continue operating efficiently as their business grows.
Where an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or recurring support agreement has been executed, Ainosof Technology may provide services such as software updates, security improvements, technical guidance, routine maintenance, minor refinements within the agreed scope, and assistance with operational issues.
The exact scope of an AMC varies depending on the agreement and may differ from one project to another. Unless expressly included within the maintenance contract, significant feature development, system redesign, major integrations, or business process changes are not considered part of routine maintenance.
Many modern applications rely on external services such as cloud hosting providers, payment gateways, SMS platforms, email delivery services, APIs, mapping services, and domain registrars.
While we are happy to assist clients in working with these services, it is important to recognise that they operate independently of Ainosof Technology.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the continued availability, performance, pricing, security policies, or operational decisions of third-party providers. Any interruption or change introduced by such providers may affect the functioning of a project until appropriate adjustments can be made.
Where practical, we will work with clients to identify suitable solutions and minimise disruption.
Protecting business information requires careful planning.
Although backups may be performed during development, deployment, or maintenance activities where appropriate, every organisation should maintain its own independent backup strategy for production environments.
Unless specifically included within a managed services agreement, responsibility for long-term backup retention, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity remains with the Client.
We strongly encourage clients to implement appropriate backup schedules, access controls, and recovery procedures as part of their overall IT governance.
Technology is never truly finished.
As businesses expand, regulations evolve, customer expectations change, and new technologies emerge, software must continue evolving to remain valuable.
For this reason, many of our long-term client relationships extend beyond the original project into additional modules, integrations, performance improvements, security enhancements, analytics, automation, and entirely new digital initiatives.
We view this as a natural progression rather than a separate transaction.
Our role is not simply to deliver software.
Our role is to help businesses continue improving the technology that supports their growth.
The success of a project should not be measured solely by the day it is launched.
It should be measured by how effectively it continues to support the business months and years later.
That philosophy has shaped the way Ainosof Technology approaches every client relationship since our journey began.
We believe that dependable support, honest communication, continuous improvement, and a genuine commitment to client success create stronger partnerships than any service agreement alone.
As your business evolves, we hope to continue evolving alongside it—providing not only technical expertise, but also the guidance and long-term support needed to help your technology remain an asset to your organisation.
Technology projects are collaborative by nature.
Their success depends not only on technical expertise but also on timely communication, informed decision-making, realistic expectations, and ongoing cooperation between everyone involved.
At Ainosof Technology, we take our professional responsibilities seriously. Every project is planned, designed, developed, tested, and delivered with the objective of creating reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions that support our clients' business goals.
At the same time, it is important for both parties to recognise that software development is a professional service rather than the sale of a finished product. Every project is influenced by technical environments, third-party platforms, changing business requirements, and operational decisions that often extend beyond the direct control of either party.
This section explains the responsibilities we accept, the commitments we make, and the practical limitations that naturally apply to technology services.
Every engagement undertaken by Ainosof Technology is guided by a commitment to quality, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Our team works to deliver solutions that reflect recognised software engineering practices, thoughtful system design, careful testing, and responsible project management.
Throughout the engagement, we strive to communicate openly, identify potential risks early, recommend practical solutions, and deliver work that aligns with the objectives agreed at the beginning of the project.
Where challenges arise, our approach is always to resolve them through collaboration rather than confrontation.
We undertake every assignment using the level of skill, diligence, and professional care that clients should reasonably expect from an experienced technology partner.
However, software development is not an exact science.
Applications interact with operating systems, browsers, cloud providers, APIs, payment gateways, devices, databases, and numerous third-party technologies that continue to evolve throughout the life of a project.
Although we make every reasonable effort to anticipate and minimise technical issues, it is not possible for any software company to guarantee that software will remain entirely free from defects or external compatibility challenges under every possible circumstance.
For this reason, our commitment is to apply professional expertise, respond responsibly, and work constructively whenever genuine issues arise.
Technology is an enabler of business success—but it is not, by itself, a guarantee of commercial results.
While Ainosof Technology designs solutions intended to improve efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and digital capabilities, we cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on factors outside our direct control.
For example, we cannot guarantee:
Business performance is influenced by strategy, operations, competition, customer behaviour, economic conditions, marketing execution, and many other variables beyond the scope of software development services.
Our responsibility is to provide professional technology solutions—not to guarantee commercial performance.
Modern digital platforms frequently depend on external services that are owned and operated by independent organisations.
These may include cloud infrastructure providers, payment gateways, domain registrars, hosting companies, mapping platforms, communication services, AI providers, government APIs, banking systems, analytics platforms, social media networks, and other third-party technologies.
While we carefully select and integrate widely recognised services wherever appropriate, Ainosof Technology does not control their infrastructure, pricing, security policies, availability, product roadmaps, or future business decisions.
Accordingly, we cannot accept responsibility for interruptions, changes, service outages, discontinued features, policy updates, or other events originating from third-party providers.
Where practical, we will always work with clients to identify suitable alternatives or implement appropriate technical adjustments.
Many technology decisions remain under the direct control of the Client.
These may include business processes, staffing decisions, pricing strategies, internal approvals, data accuracy, regulatory compliance, content management, hosting choices, cybersecurity practices, and operational workflows.
While we are pleased to provide recommendations based on our experience, final business decisions remain the responsibility of the Client.
Technology should support informed decision-making—it cannot replace it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ainosof Technology's liability arising from any claim relating to our services shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to that claim.
Under no circumstances shall Ainosof Technology be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, interruption of operations, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data, where such losses arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or are otherwise excluded by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We believe that the strongest business relationships are built through open communication.
If a concern arises during a project, we encourage clients to discuss the matter with us as early as possible.
In our experience, most technical or commercial issues can be resolved through timely discussion, careful investigation, and a shared commitment to finding practical solutions.
Formal disputes should always be the last resort—not the first.
Software development is ultimately about solving business problems.
Contracts help define expectations, but they cannot replace trust, professionalism, or genuine collaboration.
For that reason, Ainosof Technology approaches every engagement with the belief that long-term partnerships are created through honesty, technical excellence, accountability, and mutual respect.
These principles have guided the way we work since 2019 and continue to shape every relationship we build with clients across India and international markets.
Technology has the power to simplify operations, improve communication, and create meaningful business opportunities. Every website, software application, mobile app, digital platform, or online service developed by Ainosof Technology is intended to support legitimate business activities and deliver long-term value to our clients.
To protect our clients, our team, and the wider digital ecosystem, we expect all services provided by Ainosof Technology to be used responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws.
This Acceptable Use Policy forms an important part of our Terms of Service and applies to every product, service, platform, website, software application, mobile application, hosting environment, and digital solution delivered by Ainosof Technology.
We believe technology should be used to create value—not to cause harm.
Clients are expected to use the solutions developed by Ainosof Technology for lawful business purposes and in a manner that respects the rights, privacy, security, and intellectual property of others.
Whether a project is intended for internal operations or public use, the Client remains responsible for ensuring that the way the solution is operated complies with applicable laws, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
Where questions arise regarding regulatory or compliance requirements, we encourage clients to seek appropriate legal or professional advice before implementing specific business processes.
To protect the integrity of our services and maintain a safe digital environment, solutions developed by Ainosof Technology must not be used for activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
Examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
This list is intended to provide examples rather than an exhaustive catalogue of prohibited conduct.
Innovation depends upon respecting the work of others.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, trademarks, logos, software, images, videos, documents, databases, and other materials provided for inclusion within a project are used with appropriate authority or permission.
Ainosof Technology cannot verify the ownership of every item supplied by a client. Accordingly, responsibility for obtaining the necessary rights, licences, permissions, and approvals remains with the Client.
Where we become aware of material that appears to infringe the intellectual property rights of another party, we reserve the right to request clarification, suspend related work, or remove the affected material where legally required.
Modern digital platforms require ongoing attention to security.
Clients are encouraged to operate their systems responsibly by maintaining strong authentication practices, controlling administrative access, applying security updates, monitoring user activity where appropriate, and renewing critical services such as domains, SSL certificates, and software licences before they expire.
Where clients choose not to follow reasonable security recommendations, Ainosof Technology cannot accept responsibility for issues that arise solely from those decisions.
Security is most effective when both parties actively contribute to protecting the systems being used.
Many projects integrate with external platforms such as payment gateways, cloud providers, communication services, analytics tools, Artificial Intelligence platforms, mapping services, or government systems.
Clients are expected to use these third-party services in accordance with the respective provider's terms of service, licensing conditions, acceptable use policies, and applicable legal requirements.
Ainosof Technology cannot authorise or support the misuse of third-party platforms, nor can we accept responsibility for actions that violate the policies established by those providers.
Where Ainosof Technology provides Search Engine Optimization (SEO), paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, or other digital marketing services, our approach is based on ethical and sustainable practices.
We do not support, recommend, or knowingly participate in activities intended to manipulate search engine results, generate artificial engagement, distribute misleading advertisements, purchase fake reviews, or otherwise misrepresent a business online.
Our objective is to help clients build sustainable online visibility through transparent marketing strategies that align with recognised industry practices and the policies of the platforms on which campaigns are conducted.
Where we reasonably believe that our services are being used for unlawful activities, fraudulent conduct, cybersecurity threats, or any other activity that places our organisation, our clients, or third parties at risk, Ainosof Technology may take appropriate action to protect all affected parties.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include requesting additional information, temporarily suspending project activities, restricting access to certain services, refusing further development work, or terminating the business relationship in accordance with these Terms.
Where practical and legally permissible, we will endeavour to communicate with the Client before taking such action.
If a client becomes aware of a security issue, suspected misuse, unauthorised access, software vulnerability, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of a project delivered by Ainosof Technology, we encourage prompt notification.
Early communication often allows issues to be investigated and resolved before they develop into more significant operational or security concerns.
We appreciate responsible disclosure and will make reasonable efforts to investigate genuine reports in a timely and professional manner.
Technology should empower businesses, strengthen communities, and create opportunities for innovation.
At Ainosof Technology, we are committed to developing solutions that are not only functional and scalable but also responsible, secure, and aligned with ethical business practices.
By using our services, clients acknowledge this shared commitment and agree to operate the solutions we deliver in a manner that reflects professionalism, integrity, and respect for the wider digital ecosystem.
Every successful project is built on collaboration, mutual trust, timely communication, and shared commitment. Our objective is always to complete every engagement successfully and build long-term relationships with our clients.
In practice, however, situations may occasionally arise where a project must be paused, restructured, or brought to an end before completion. This may result from changing business priorities, operational challenges, prolonged inactivity, commercial issues, or circumstances beyond the control of either party.
This section explains how such situations are handled so that expectations remain clear and both parties are treated fairly.
Whenever challenges arise during a project, our first approach is always to communicate.
Most project concerns can be resolved through discussion, clarification of expectations, revised planning, or adjustments to delivery schedules. We believe that open communication prevents misunderstandings and helps preserve productive business relationships.
For this reason, suspension or termination is considered only after reasonable efforts have been made to resolve the issue in good faith.
There may be circumstances where it becomes necessary to temporarily pause work on a project without bringing the engagement to an end.
A temporary suspension allows both parties time to resolve outstanding matters while protecting the quality and continuity of the project.
Examples of situations that may require a temporary suspension include:
Where possible, we will notify the Client before suspending project activities and discuss practical steps for resuming work.
We understand that business priorities sometimes change.
A Client may request that a project be placed on hold for operational, financial, or strategic reasons.
Where a project is suspended at the Client's request, completed work will remain payable in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.
If the suspension continues for an extended period, Ainosof Technology may reassign development resources to other active projects. As a result, revised delivery timelines may apply when work resumes.
Where significant time has elapsed, additional planning or technical review may also be required before development can recommence.
Technology projects rely on continuous collaboration.
If a Client becomes unresponsive for an extended period, repeatedly fails to provide information essential for project progress, or does not respond to reasonable communication attempts, the project may eventually be considered inactive.
As a general guideline, a project that remains inactive for more than sixty (60) consecutive days without prior written communication may be treated as abandoned.
Before taking such action, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client using the communication channels available to us.
If the project is formally closed due to prolonged inactivity:
This policy helps ensure that active projects continue to receive appropriate attention and development resources.
A Client may decide to discontinue a project at any stage.
Where this occurs, we ask that written notice be provided so that work can be concluded in an organised and professional manner.
Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of:
Where appropriate, and subject to settlement of outstanding payments, completed deliverables may be handed over in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
Although uncommon, there may be situations where Ainosof Technology is unable to continue an engagement.
This may occur where:
Where practical, we will provide written notice and seek to minimise disruption by assisting with an orderly transition of completed work, subject to the terms of the engagement.
Following successful completion—or where appropriate following termination—Ainosof Technology will provide the deliverables included within the approved project scope.
Depending on the nature of the engagement, this may include:
Any items not expressly included within the proposal or agreement remain outside the scope of the handover.
For operational, legal, and quality assurance purposes, Ainosof Technology may retain certain project records after completion or termination.
These records may include commercial correspondence, invoices, project documentation, approved deliverables, support history, and other business records necessary to comply with legal obligations or maintain appropriate business records.
Confidential information continues to be handled in accordance with the confidentiality commitments described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Not every project lasts forever, but every professional relationship deserves to end with clarity and respect.
Whether a project concludes successfully, is paused for future development, or ends earlier than originally anticipated, our objective is to ensure that the process remains transparent, organised, and fair to both parties.
We believe that professionalism is demonstrated not only in the way projects begin, but also in the way they are concluded.
A successful business relationship is built on trust, transparency, and open communication. While these Terms establish the legal framework governing our services, our preference is always to resolve questions, concerns, or disagreements through constructive dialogue rather than formal legal proceedings.
Every project undertaken by Ainosof Technology represents a partnership between our team and our clients. We believe that maintaining mutual respect and a willingness to collaborate is the most effective way to resolve challenges should they arise.
This section explains the legal framework that applies to our business relationship while reaffirming our commitment to fairness and professional conduct.
Most project-related concerns arise from misunderstandings rather than disagreements.
For this reason, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as any concern is identified. Whether the matter relates to project delivery, timelines, invoices, technical issues, or contractual interpretation, our first priority is always to understand the situation and work towards a practical solution.
Experience has shown that open and timely communication resolves the vast majority of issues without the need for formal legal action.
We therefore encourage both parties to make reasonable efforts to discuss concerns in good faith before considering any formal dispute resolution process.
Both Ainosof Technology and the Client agree to act honestly, professionally, and in good faith throughout the duration of the engagement.
This includes:
Technology projects often involve changing priorities and complex technical decisions. A cooperative approach benefits both parties and significantly improves project outcomes.
These Terms of Service, together with any project proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), quotation, or related agreement, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Where projects involve international clients, both parties acknowledge that the governing law for the contractual relationship shall remain the laws of India unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Subject to any alternative dispute resolution process agreed between the parties, the courts having jurisdiction in Rajasthan, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or any services provided by Ainosof Technology.
This provision provides clarity regarding the legal forum applicable to our contractual relationship and helps avoid uncertainty in cross-border engagements.
Neither party shall be considered in breach of these Terms where the performance of its obligations is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, widespread internet failures, power outages, cyber incidents affecting critical infrastructure, government restrictions, or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.
Where such circumstances occur, the affected party will make reasonable efforts to notify the other party and resume performance as soon as practicable.
Project timelines may be adjusted to reflect delays caused by such events.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to its original intent or, where necessary, be deemed severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This ensures that the validity of one clause does not affect the enforceability of the remainder of the agreement.
A delay or failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy available under these Terms shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right.
Similarly, the partial exercise of any right shall not prevent that right from being exercised again in the future.
This provision protects both parties by ensuring that flexibility or goodwill shown during one situation does not permanently affect their legal rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, accepted commercial proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), project-specific contracts, and any written amendments agreed between both parties, constitute the complete understanding governing the relationship between Ainosof Technology and the Client.
They replace any prior discussions, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter unless specifically incorporated into a subsequent written agreement.
Neither party may transfer or assign its rights or obligations under these Terms to another party without prior written consent, except where such transfer forms part of a lawful business restructuring, merger, acquisition, or transfer of substantially all business assets.
This provision helps ensure continuity while protecting the interests of both parties.
Nothing contained within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, or agency relationship between Ainosof Technology and the Client.
Both parties remain independent contracting entities responsible for their own business operations, employees, taxation, regulatory obligations, and professional decisions.
In today's digital business environment, many projects begin and progress through electronic communication.
Accordingly, both parties agree that approvals, instructions, confirmations, quotations, invoices, Statements of Work, project updates, and other business communications exchanged through email or other mutually agreed electronic communication channels may be treated as valid records of communication, subject to applicable law.
This enables projects to progress efficiently while maintaining appropriate records of key decisions and approvals.
Contracts exist to create clarity—not conflict.
At Ainosof Technology, we believe that long-term partnerships are built on transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect rather than legal complexity.
While these Terms establish the legal framework governing our services, our preferred approach will always be to communicate openly, resolve concerns fairly, and work collaboratively toward practical solutions.
That philosophy has guided our business since 2019 and continues to shape every relationship we build with clients across India and around the world.
Technology evolves continuously. Business practices improve, legal requirements change, security standards develop, and new services are introduced over time. As Ainosof Technology grows, there may be occasions where these Terms need to be updated to reflect those changes and ensure they remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with the way we operate.
Our intention is never to make unexpected or unfair changes to the relationship we have with our clients. Instead, updates are made to improve clarity, address new legal or operational requirements, incorporate new services, strengthen security practices, or reflect improvements in the way we deliver our solutions.
From time to time, it may become necessary to review and update these Terms for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
Our objective is always to ensure that these Terms continue to reflect our current business practices while maintaining fairness for both parties.
Whenever these Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on the Ainosof Technology website together with the date on which the changes become effective.
Where a revision significantly affects ongoing contractual relationships or materially changes the way existing services are provided, we may also notify affected clients through appropriate communication channels such as email or other mutually agreed methods, where reasonably practical.
Minor editorial changes, formatting improvements, grammatical corrections, or clarifications that do not materially affect the rights or obligations of either party may be implemented without separate notification.
Unless otherwise stated, each updated version of these Terms becomes effective from the date published on our website.
For new enquiries and future projects, the version available at the time the engagement begins will generally apply.
For existing projects operating under a signed proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreement (MSA), or other written contract, the commercial and project-specific terms agreed at the commencement of the engagement will continue to apply unless both parties mutually agree to adopt updated provisions.
This approach ensures that active projects remain stable while allowing our policies to evolve responsibly over time.
By continuing to access our website or engage our services after revised Terms become effective, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the updated version and agree to be bound by the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with any material changes, we encourage you to contact us so that we can discuss your concerns and determine an appropriate way forward.
Open communication remains our preferred approach whenever questions arise regarding our policies.
Policies should support relationships—not complicate them.
Whenever we update these Terms, our goal is to make them clearer, more practical, and more reflective of the way we work with our clients.
Transparency has been one of Ainosof Technology's core principles since our journey began in 2019, and it continues to guide the way we communicate, develop technology, and build long-term partnerships.
For that reason, we encourage clients to review these Terms periodically and to contact us whenever clarification is required.
We believe that informed clients become stronger long-term partners, and every update we make is intended to strengthen that relationship rather than simply satisfy a legal requirement.
Clear communication is one of the foundations of every successful business relationship.
Whether you are requesting a proposal, discussing an ongoing project, seeking technical assistance, reporting a concern, or providing formal legal notice, we encourage communication that is timely, professional, and well documented.
At Ainosof Technology, we believe that transparent communication reduces misunderstandings, improves project delivery, and helps both parties make informed decisions throughout the engagement.
This section explains how clients may communicate with us and which communication channels should be considered official for business purposes.
For general enquiries relating to our services, project consultations, quotations, partnerships, or business discussions, clients are welcome to contact Ainosof Technology through the communication channels published on our official website.
We aim to respond to genuine enquiries as promptly as reasonably possible, although response times may vary depending on the nature of the request, public holidays, business hours, and project commitments.
Submitting an enquiry through our website or contacting us does not create a contractual relationship or obligate either party to proceed with a project.
Once a project has commenced, effective communication becomes an essential part of successful delivery.
To ensure consistency and avoid conflicting instructions, we recommend that each client appoint a primary project coordinator or authorised representative who will communicate with our team on behalf of the organisation.
Project-related communication may take place through mutually agreed channels such as email, scheduled meetings, video conferencing, approved project management platforms, or other official communication methods agreed during the engagement.
Where important commercial decisions, approvals, scope changes, or project milestones are involved, written confirmation should always be provided to ensure that an accurate record exists for both parties.
Clients receiving ongoing maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), or technical support services may contact us using the support channels agreed within their respective service agreements.
To help us investigate and resolve issues efficiently, support requests should include sufficient information, such as:
Providing complete information allows us to respond more effectively and reduces unnecessary delays during troubleshooting.
Where either party is required to provide formal legal notice relating to a contractual matter, such communication should be made in writing.
Legal notices may include matters relating to contractual disputes, intellectual property concerns, termination notices, confidentiality obligations, or other legal communications requiring formal acknowledgement.
To ensure clarity and maintain appropriate records, legal notices should be sent using the official communication details published by Ainosof Technology or any alternative contact details specified within the applicable project agreement.
Electronic communication may be accepted where permitted by applicable law and where both parties have previously agreed to communicate through digital channels.
Our team strives to respond to client communications promptly during normal business operations.
While we make every reasonable effort to assist our clients, response times may vary depending on the urgency of the matter, project schedules, weekends, public holidays, and the availability of relevant technical personnel.
Emergency support, where offered, is governed by the specific terms of the applicable maintenance or support agreement.
To ensure effective communication throughout the duration of a project, clients are encouraged to notify Ainosof Technology of any significant changes to their contact information, authorised representatives, billing contacts, or primary decision-makers.
Failure to update contact information may result in delays in communication, invoicing, project approvals, or the delivery of important notices.

Technology projects are rarely successful because of software alone.
They succeed because people communicate clearly, make informed decisions, and work together with mutual trust and respect.
At Ainosof Technology, we encourage clients to ask questions, share feedback, discuss concerns openly, and communicate with confidence throughout every stage of the engagement.
Whether the conversation is about a new business idea, a technical challenge, or a long-term digital transformation strategy, our objective remains the same—to provide honest guidance, practical solutions, and dependable support that helps our clients move forward with confidence.
Technology is constantly evolving, but the principles on which lasting business relationships are built remain unchanged.
At Ainosof Technology, we believe that successful projects are not defined only by the software we deliver or the websites we build. They are defined by the trust we earn, the problems we solve, and the value we continue to create long after a project has been completed.
Since 2019, our journey has been shaped by a simple belief: technology should make businesses stronger, not more complicated. Every solution we design, every line of code we write, and every recommendation we provide is guided by that philosophy.
Whether we are working with a startup launching its first product, a manufacturer automating business operations, an educational institution modernising its systems, a healthcare organisation improving patient services, or an enterprise expanding its digital capabilities, our objective remains the same—to deliver practical, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that support long-term business growth.
Writing software is only one part of what we do.
Understanding business objectives, asking the right questions, identifying potential risks, recommending practical solutions, and helping clients make informed decisions are equally important.
For us, technology is never just about features.
It is about creating systems that improve efficiency, simplify operations, enhance customer experiences, and provide organisations with the confidence to grow.
Every recommendation we make is intended to support those objectives.
We believe that honest conversations build stronger partnerships than unrealistic promises.
If we believe a feature is unnecessary, we will explain why.
If we identify a better technical approach, we will recommend it.
If a requested solution introduces unnecessary complexity, security concerns, or long-term maintenance challenges, we will discuss those considerations openly rather than simply implementing them.
Likewise, if we make a mistake, we believe in acknowledging it, correcting it, and learning from it.
Professional integrity is measured not by avoiding challenges, but by the way those challenges are addressed.
Many of our clients initially approached us with a single website, software application, or digital initiative.
Over time, those engagements evolved into long-term partnerships involving new systems, business automation, digital marketing, mobile applications, cloud services, and continuous technology improvements.
We consider that the greatest measure of success.
Technology should grow alongside a business, and we believe the relationship between a client and a technology partner should grow in exactly the same way.
Our goal is not simply to complete projects.
Our goal is to remain a trusted technology partner as our clients continue to evolve.
We embrace innovation because it creates opportunities for businesses to improve, compete, and grow.
Whether through Artificial Intelligence, cloud technologies, workflow automation, data analytics, mobile applications, or emerging digital platforms, we continuously explore better ways to solve business challenges.
At the same time, innovation must always be balanced with responsibility.
Security, privacy, maintainability, accessibility, performance, and long-term sustainability remain central to every recommendation we make.
Technology should never create unnecessary risk in the pursuit of short-term innovation.
Today, Ainosof Technology is proud to work with businesses across India and international markets, including startups, SMEs, manufacturers, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and enterprises operating in countries such as the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Nigeria, and other regions.
Although our clients operate in different industries and locations, they share one common expectation—they want a technology partner they can rely on.
We value that trust deeply.
Every project, regardless of its size or complexity, receives the same commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, technical excellence, and client satisfaction.
Choosing a technology partner is an important business decision.
We sincerely appreciate every organisation that places its trust in us.
Whether your engagement with Ainosof Technology begins with a consultation, a business website, a mobile application, an ERP implementation, or a long-term digital transformation initiative, we are committed to approaching that opportunity with professionalism, respect, and genuine dedication.
We believe that great technology is built through collaboration, thoughtful planning, continuous learning, and a shared commitment to achieving meaningful business outcomes.
That belief continues to guide our work every day.
These Terms of Service & Client Engagement Policy are intended to provide clarity, establish realistic expectations, and create a transparent foundation for every relationship we build.
They are not designed to create unnecessary complexity or replace open communication.
Whenever questions arise, we encourage our clients to speak with us directly.
In our experience, the strongest partnerships are built not on lengthy legal documents, but on trust, honesty, accountability, and mutual respect.
Thank you for taking the time to read these Terms and for considering Ainosof Technology as your technology partner.
We look forward to building something meaningful together.
Thank you for choosing Ainosof Technology.
Whether you're exploring a new business website, planning a custom ERP solution, developing a mobile application, modernising an existing software platform, or looking for a long-term technology partner, we appreciate the opportunity to work with you.
These Terms & Conditions explain how we conduct our business, how projects are delivered, what responsibilities both parties share, and the principles that guide every engagement with Ainosof Technology.
Rather than relying on complicated legal language, we've prepared these Terms to provide clarity from the very beginning. Successful technology projects are built on transparency, communication, and clearly defined expectations. Our goal is to ensure that both Ainosof Technology and our clients start every project with a shared understanding of how decisions are made, how work is delivered, and how responsibilities are managed throughout the engagement.
These Terms apply to every visitor of our website, every prospective client, every existing customer, and every organisation that purchases or uses any product or service offered by Ainosof Technology.
By accessing www.ainosof.com, requesting a quotation, approving a proposal, signing a project agreement, making a payment, or instructing us to commence work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements executed for a specific project.
Where a separate Service Agreement, Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or other written contract has been signed between Ainosof Technology and the Client, the provisions of that agreement shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms.
Ainosof Technology is an information technology company focused on designing, developing, and supporting digital solutions that help businesses operate more efficiently.
Since 2019, we have partnered with startups, growing businesses, manufacturers, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and enterprises seeking practical technology solutions that improve productivity, automate business processes, and support long-term growth.
Our work extends beyond software development. We help organisations transform ideas into reliable digital products by combining technical expertise with business understanding. Every project is approached with careful planning, transparent communication, and a commitment to delivering solutions that remain scalable, secure, and maintainable long after deployment.
Our professional services include custom software development, ERP and CRM solutions, business process automation, website design and development, e-commerce platforms, mobile application development, UI/UX design, cloud consulting, API integrations, artificial intelligence solutions, digital marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), branding, annual maintenance, and ongoing technical support.
Today, Ainosof Technology proudly serves clients across India as well as international markets, including the United States, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Qatar, Nigeria, and other countries. Regardless of location, every client engagement is managed with the same commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and long-term partnership.
Technology projects succeed when both the client and the development team work together with clear expectations from the beginning.
For that reason, every engagement at Ainosof Technology follows a structured delivery process. Before development begins, we invest time in understanding your business objectives, operational challenges, user requirements, and long-term goals. This allows us to recommend solutions that address real business needs rather than simply implementing requested features.
Throughout the project lifecycle, we believe in maintaining open communication, sharing progress at agreed milestones, seeking timely feedback, and documenting important decisions. This collaborative approach helps minimise misunderstandings, reduces project risk, and allows both parties to make informed decisions as the project evolves.
While every project is unique, our objective remains consistent: to deliver technology solutions that are secure, scalable, commercially practical, and aligned with the agreed project scope.
These Terms become effective when you access our website, submit an enquiry, request a proposal, engage our services, approve a commercial quotation, sign a project agreement, or make any payment towards a project.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, institution, or any other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
By continuing to use our website or services, you also acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy and agree to the way personal and business information is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with that policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our website and refrain from engaging our services.
These Terms are intended to establish a transparent working relationship between Ainosof Technology and its clients, ensuring that every project is delivered with mutual respect, clear communication, and shared expectations.
Depending on the project requirements, our services may include one or more of the following.
Every organisation has unique workflows that cannot always be managed using off-the-shelf software. Our custom software development services are designed around the way your business actually operates.
From internal management systems to enterprise business applications, we build solutions that automate routine tasks, centralise information, improve reporting, and reduce manual effort.
Projects may include inventory management systems, manufacturing software, accounts management software, payment management software, asset management software, HR management platforms, billing applications, workflow automation, business dashboards, healthcare solutions, educational management systems, booking platforms, schools and colleges ERP, lead management CRMs, SaaS products, and other industry-specific software designed around your operational requirements.
Depending on project requirements, ERP and CRM implementations may include modules for sales, purchasing, inventory, production, finance, human resources, customer relationship management, vendor management, lead tracking, reporting, workflow automation, and business analytics.
Every implementation is customised according to the operational structure of the organisation rather than forcing businesses to adapt to predefined software limitations.
Your website is often the first interaction a prospective customer has with your business.
For many organisations, it serves as a sales representative, marketing platform, customer support channel, and brand identity—all operating simultaneously.
Ainosof Technology develops business websites, corporate websites, custom web applications, customer portals, industrial websites, educational platforms, healthcare websites, and enterprise web solutions that combine modern design with performance, security, and long-term scalability.
Every website is planned with usability, responsive design, search engine visibility, performance optimisation, and future expansion in mind.
Where required, we also integrate payment gateways, CRM platforms, ERP systems, WhatsApp APIs, customer enquiry systems, appointment booking modules, and third-party business applications.
Successful e-commerce platforms require considerably more than attractive product pages.
Our e-commerce development services focus on creating reliable online shopping experiences that simplify product management, streamline order processing, and support future business growth.
Projects may include catalogue management, inventory synchronisation, secure payment integration, shipping integration, GST configuration, customer dashboards, vendor management, analytics, promotional tools, and custom business workflows based on the specific requirements of each organisation.
Modern customers expect businesses to be available wherever they are.
Whether supporting customers, employees, vendors, distributors, or internal teams, mobile applications have become an essential extension of many businesses.
We develop Android, iOS, and cross-platform mobile applications designed for performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.
Every application is developed with careful consideration for scalability, security, user experience, and integration with existing business systems wherever required.
Building a website is only the beginning.
Helping the right audience discover your business is equally important.
Ainosof Technology provides search engine optimisation (SEO), local SEO, Google Ads management, Meta advertising, content strategy, conversion optimisation, and digital marketing services designed to improve online visibility and generate sustainable business growth.
While we apply recognised best practices, ethical optimisation techniques, and data-driven strategies, we believe in complete transparency.
Search engine rankings, advertising performance, lead generation, and business growth are influenced by numerous factors beyond the control of any agency, including competition, customer behaviour, search engine algorithms, industry trends, advertising budgets, and market conditions. Accordingly, no responsible digital marketing agency can guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes.
Our commitment is to provide professional expertise, continuous optimisation, transparent reporting, and strategic recommendations that help clients make informed marketing decisions over time.
Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way businesses operate, but effective AI implementation is not about replacing people—it's about enabling teams to work more efficiently.
Where appropriate, Ainosof Technology helps organisations implement AI-powered solutions such as intelligent chatbots, workflow automation, document processing, customer support automation, business intelligence tools, and AI-assisted operational workflows.
Every AI implementation is evaluated based on the client's business objectives, data security requirements, operational processes, and long-term scalability rather than short-term technology trends.
Not every business approaches us with a complete project specification.
Many clients simply know they have a business challenge and need guidance on the most practical technology solution.
Our consulting services are designed to help organisations evaluate opportunities, reduce implementation risks, plan technology investments, select appropriate platforms, modernise legacy systems, and develop long-term digital transformation strategies.
We believe that good technology decisions are business decisions first.
Regardless of project size, industry, or geographical location, every engagement undertaken by Ainosof Technology is guided by the same principles: transparency, technical excellence, long-term maintainability, and genuine business value.
Our objective is never to deliver software simply because it was requested.
Our objective is to deliver technology solutions that continue creating value for your business long after the project has been completed.
Every successful technology project starts long before the first line of code is written.
Whether we are developing a business website, a custom ERP system, a mobile application, or an enterprise software platform, we believe that careful planning during the initial stages of a project has the greatest influence on its overall success.
For this reason, every engagement at Ainosof Technology follows a structured onboarding process designed to ensure that both our team and the client share a clear understanding of the project's objectives, priorities, scope, and expected outcomes.
Our goal is not simply to begin development as quickly as possible. Our goal is to begin correctly.
Before recommending any technical solution, we take time to understand the business behind the project.
Every organisation operates differently. A manufacturing company has different operational challenges than a healthcare provider. A startup building its first digital product requires a different approach than an established enterprise modernising legacy software.
During the discovery phase, we may discuss your existing workflows, operational processes, business objectives, customer journey, reporting requirements, future growth plans, and any challenges that the proposed solution is intended to address.
These discussions allow us to recommend solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned with your long-term business goals rather than simply implementing a list of requested features.
No technology solution can be successful without clearly defined requirements.
Depending on the complexity of the engagement, we may conduct one or more discovery sessions to gather functional, technical, and operational requirements.
These discussions may cover topics such as:
Where necessary, we may prepare functional requirement documents, workflow diagrams, wireframes, or technical recommendations to help both parties establish a common understanding before development begins.
Once the project requirements have been sufficiently understood, Ainosof Technology will prepare a commercial proposal or quotation outlining the agreed scope of work.
Depending on the nature of the engagement, the proposal may include:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the approved proposal represents the baseline scope for the project. Any functionality, service, integration, or deliverable that is not expressly included within the proposal should not be assumed to form part of the original engagement.
A project is considered formally accepted only after the agreed commercial terms have been confirmed by both parties.
In most cases, project commencement will require:
Project timelines are generally calculated from the date on which all commencement requirements have been satisfied.
Clear communication is one of the most important contributors to project success.
To maintain consistency throughout the engagement, we recommend that each client nominate a primary point of contact who is authorised to coordinate discussions, review deliverables, provide approvals, and communicate project decisions on behalf of the organisation.
Throughout the project, communication may take place through email, scheduled meetings, video conferencing, project management platforms, WhatsApp, or other mutually agreed communication channels.
Important commercial decisions, scope approvals, timeline revisions, and project changes should always be confirmed in writing to ensure clarity for both parties.
While many engagements begin with a single project, our objective is to build relationships that extend beyond initial delivery.
We value transparency, honest communication, and realistic expectations from the outset. Where we believe an alternative approach would deliver a better outcome, we will recommend it. Where a requested feature may introduce unnecessary complexity, security concerns, or long-term maintenance challenges, we will discuss those considerations openly before development begins.
We believe that the strongest client relationships are built on informed decisions rather than assumptions.
This approach enables us to deliver solutions that remain reliable, maintainable, and commercially valuable long after the project has been completed.
This may include introducing new functionality, redesigning previously approved interfaces, modifying business workflows, expanding user roles, integrating additional third-party services, creating new reports or dashboards, migrating extra data, or requesting features that were not part of the initial proposal.
A request may also be considered a Change Request when it significantly increases the design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, or project management effort required to complete the engagement.
The classification of a request is based on its overall impact on the project rather than the perceived size of the change. A seemingly minor modification can sometimes require substantial redevelopment behind the scenes.
Whenever additional requirements are received, our team reviews them from both a technical and business perspective.
Rather than immediately accepting or rejecting a request, we evaluate factors such as implementation complexity, system architecture, security implications, integration requirements, testing effort, long-term maintainability, and the effect on the overall delivery schedule.
Where appropriate, we will discuss alternative approaches that may achieve the same business objective with less complexity or lower cost.
If the requested work affects the original project plan, we will provide a revised estimate outlining any additional investment, revised timelines, and implementation approach before proceeding.
No additional work will begin without the client's approval.
Every software project is planned around a defined allocation of time, technical resources, quality assurance, project management, and deployment activities.
When the scope expands, additional planning, development, testing, documentation, and support are often required. While some refinements may be accommodated during the normal course of development, substantial changes inevitably require additional effort.
Our pricing is therefore based not only on the visible feature being requested but also on the engineering, testing, and operational work needed to implement that feature reliably.
This ensures that every enhancement receives the same level of quality, security, and testing as the original project.
We encourage clients to actively participate during the design and review stages, as early feedback helps reduce unnecessary revisions later in the project.
Reasonable refinements made during the agreed review process are generally accommodated as part of the engagement.
However, once a design, workflow, or functional specification has been formally approved, significant redesigns or changes in direction may require additional time and may be treated as a Change Request.
Examples include adopting a new brand identity after design approval, replacing an approved user journey, restructuring business workflows, or requesting an entirely different visual direction after development has commenced.
One of the primary reasons for defining a formal Change Request process is to protect project timelines.
Unplanned modifications introduced during active development can affect multiple stages of the project, including design, development, quality assurance, deployment, documentation, and user training.
To maintain delivery commitments, approved Change Requests may be scheduled alongside ongoing work or, where appropriate, planned as part of a subsequent project phase.
This approach allows the current development cycle to remain stable while ensuring that new ideas receive the attention they deserve.
We believe that successful technology partnerships are built on open communication rather than assumptions.
While clients invest in digital transformation, software, and business growth, Ainosof Technology invests its time, expertise, technical resources, infrastructure, and project management capabilities to deliver those outcomes.
To ensure that projects progress smoothly and resources remain dedicated throughout the engagement, we believe in maintaining transparent commercial practices from the very beginning.
This section explains how project pricing is determined, how payments are managed, and how commercial decisions are handled during the lifecycle of a project.
Our intention is not merely to define payment obligations but to establish a fair and predictable commercial framework that benefits both parties.
No two software projects are identical.
The investment required for a project depends on numerous factors, including business complexity, functional requirements, technology stack, system architecture, integrations, security requirements, scalability expectations, design effort, testing requirements, deployment environments, and ongoing support requirements.
For this reason, Ainosof Technology prepares project-specific commercial proposals rather than relying on fixed pricing models.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, every quotation or proposal is prepared based on the information available at the time of estimation. If project requirements materially change after the proposal has been accepted, the commercial terms may be reviewed accordingly through the Change Request process described in these Terms.
Our quotations and commercial proposals are prepared after carefully evaluating the information shared during the discovery process.
Unless otherwise specified within the proposal itself, quotations remain valid for the period mentioned in the document. Business requirements, third-party licensing costs, technology pricing, cloud infrastructure charges, and market conditions may change over time. Accordingly, proposals that have expired may require revision before a project can commence.
Acceptance of a proposal confirms the Client's agreement with the commercial scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, and payment schedule outlined within that proposal.
The payment structure for each engagement is determined according to the nature and complexity of the project.
Depending on the engagement, payments may be divided into:
The applicable payment schedule will always be specified within the approved proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), or project agreement.
This phased approach allows both parties to monitor progress while ensuring that development resources remain allocated throughout the project lifecycle.
Invoices are issued in accordance with the agreed commercial schedule.
Unless otherwise specified, invoices are expected to be settled within the payment period stated on the invoice.
Where payment is delayed beyond the agreed due date, we may contact the Client to understand whether additional clarification or assistance is required before taking any further action.
We recognise that genuine business situations occasionally affect payment schedules. Open communication is always encouraged, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate practical solutions wherever possible.
Software development is a resource-intensive process involving developers, designers, quality assurance engineers, project managers, infrastructure, software licenses, and ongoing operational costs.
Extended delays in commercial payments can directly affect resource planning and project scheduling.
Where payments remain outstanding beyond the agreed terms without prior communication or mutually accepted arrangements, Ainosof Technology reserves the right to:
Such measures are intended solely to protect project continuity and ensure the efficient allocation of development resources.
Unless expressly stated otherwise within the commercial proposal, all applicable taxes, duties, levies, and statutory charges—including Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable—shall be payable in addition to the quoted project fee.
Clients located outside India may also be responsible for any taxes, withholding obligations, banking fees, currency conversion charges, or regulatory costs applicable within their respective jurisdictions.
Each party remains responsible for complying with its own tax obligations under applicable law.
Ainosof Technology works with clients across multiple countries and supports domestic as well as international payment methods, subject to applicable banking regulations.
For international engagements, payments may be affected by:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such charges remain the responsibility of the Client.
Certain projects require products or services supplied by independent providers.
These may include cloud hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, premium software licenses, payment gateways, SMS services, email platforms, APIs, stock photography, commercial fonts, mapping services, AI platforms, or other subscription-based services.
Unless specifically included within the approved proposal, the cost of these products and services is not included within Ainosof Technology's professional service fee.
Where we procure such services on behalf of a Client, they remain subject to the pricing, renewal policies, terms of service, and availability of the respective third-party provider.
Because the majority of our services involve customised consulting, software engineering, creative design, and professional development work, payments made for completed work, partially completed work, or resources already allocated to a project are generally non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the Client shall remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the effective date of cancellation, together with any approved third-party costs incurred on the Client's behalf.
Any applicable refund or commercial adjustment shall be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the stage of the project, completed deliverables, contractual obligations, and resources already committed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred only after all outstanding invoices relating to the project have been paid in full.
Until full settlement has been received, Ainosof Technology retains all rights necessary to protect its commercial interests, including the right to withhold delivery, deployment, source code, design assets, documentation, or other project materials that have not yet been contractually transferred.
This provision is not intended to create unnecessary restrictions but to ensure that commercial commitments made by both parties are fulfilled fairly and consistently.
Our objective has never been to build projects based solely on invoices.
We aim to build long-term relationships founded on transparency, mutual respect, and commercial fairness.
By maintaining clear commercial policies from the outset, we reduce uncertainty, avoid unnecessary disputes, and allow both parties to focus on what matters most—building technology that creates lasting business value.
Whenever questions arise regarding pricing, invoices, commercial terms, or payment schedules, we encourage clients to discuss them with us openly.
While every project is unique, our objective is to ensure that clients receive the benefit of the solutions they have invested in, while also protecting the proprietary knowledge, tools, and engineering practices that enable us to deliver those solutions efficiently.
This section explains how ownership is managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the Client will become the owner of the final deliverables specifically developed for the project once all commercial obligations have been fulfilled.
Depending on the nature of the engagement, final deliverables may include the completed website, software application, mobile application, approved design assets, project documentation, databases, reports, or other items expressly identified within the project proposal.
Ownership applies only to the deliverables included within the agreed scope of work. Features, modules, or services that were proposed but not commissioned, or that remain under separate development, are not automatically transferred.
Technology projects require significant investment in planning, design, software engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure, and project management.
For this reason, ownership of the completed deliverables is transferred only after all invoices relating to the project have been paid in full, unless both parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
Until that time, Ainosof Technology reserves the right to withhold production deployment, source code, administrative credentials, design files, documentation, or other deliverables that have not yet been contractually transferred.
This policy is not intended to restrict our clients. Rather, it ensures that the commercial commitments made by both parties are honoured in a fair and professional manner.
Where ongoing licence renewals or subscriptions are required, responsibility for maintaining those licences will be determined by the project proposal or written agreement.
Where source code delivery forms part of the project scope, it will generally be provided after:
This may include displaying:
We never publish confidential business information, proprietary source code, internal documentation, customer databases, credentials, financial records, or any other non-public information without the Client's explicit consent.
Clients who prefer not to have their project featured in our portfolio are welcome to discuss this with us before or during the engagement, and we will respect such requests where contractually and legally appropriate.
Innovation is built on originality, and respect for intellectual property is fundamental to the way we operate.
We expect both our team and our clients to respect copyrights, trademarks, patents, software licences, and proprietary rights belonging to others.
The Client confirms that any materials provided for use within a project—including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, documents, datasets, or software—have been obtained lawfully and may be used for the intended purpose.
By maintaining transparent ownership policies, we protect the interests of our clients while preserving the engineering knowledge and development assets that enable Ainosof Technology to continue delivering reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions for businesses around the world.

We're happy to clarify anything about our policies or how we work.
"When businesses trust us with their ideas and information,
they deserve complete transparency."
Let's discuss your project and build something secure together.
Transparency builds trust.
That's why we explain our practices in plain language.
